94 High Street is a terraced 2 storey house with level access from the road. The house has 2 bedrooms on the first floor. The bath / shower room is situated on the ground floor.
Mary-Ann has been trained BSL level 1 and Paget Gormen signing, and aware of the needs of people who lip-read. All information printed and electronic has been prepared under the RNIB See it Right guidelines.

Key Collection, Welcome and Car Parking
There is a car parking area with enough room for 2 cars at the rear of the property. There is also on-street parking at the front of the property.
The car parking is levelled, gravelled and flat.
Parking is approximately 12 metres away from the entrance through a gate and a step in to the back door giving access to the kitchen.
If you call when you are roughly half an hour away and welcome you with the key and show you around the property.

The entrance to the property at the front door from the High Street and through the garden to the back door from the rear of the property 1 small step – 15 cms high

The Flooring on the ground is laminate and tiled. There is a small step from the main living area to the kitchen and on through to the bathroom. There is good colour contrast between floor and walls.

Oven with drop down door for grill with hob above. Lighting is spotlight bulbs on ceiling. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms fitted.
